Mrs. Habibah U.L. Ibrahim, Acting Director Policy Planning and Coordination Department, Hails from Lau Local Government Area of Taraba State, attended Roman Catholic Mission Primary School, Wamba Plateau State and Queen Amina College Kaduna, Kaduna State for her Primary School Leaving Certificate and General Certificate of Education (O/Level) in 1980 and 1985 respectively.

She attended University of Maiduguri, Borno State where she obtained Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry 1990, then proceeded for the one year, Mandatory National Youth Service Corps between 1990-1991. She Further obtained a Master’s Degree in Disaster Rick, Reduction and Management from the University of Maiduguri in 2013,

Mrs. Ibrahim began her working career with the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (FEPA) as Environment Scientist II where she works till 1996 when she rose to the rank of Environment Scientist I. She then got promoted to the rank of Senior Environmental Scientist in the year 1999 when the Ministry of Environment came into being. She later became Principal Environmental Scientist (GL 12) in 2002 and Assistant Chief Environmental Scientist (GL 13) in the 2006. Mrs. Ibrahim got another promotion to the rank of Chief Environmental Scientist (GL 14) in 2011 and later became an Assistant. Director (AD) in 2014. She then transferred her services to National Agency for the Great Green Wall in 2019. She wrote and Pass the Prescribe Exam in 2021 and was Promoted to the rank of Deputy Director.

In the course of her working career, she has attended various Training Workshops, Courses and Seminars both at home and abroad.

Mrs. Ibrahim can speak English Fulfulde and Hausa Fluently and her hobbies include; Reading, Writing, Travelling and Meeting People.
