TALI ANDOON NANCY (Mrs) 

Head, Reform Coordination & Service Improvement (RCSI)

Tali Andoon Nancy is the Head of Reform Coordination & Service Improvement Unit of the National Agency for Great Green Wall (NAGGW). 

She is a public servant with a master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma-Edo State, Nigeria. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi, Bauchi State, Nigeria, a Higher National Diploma in Catering & Hotel Management (HND)at the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi, Bauchi State, and an Ordinary National Diploma in Catering & Hotel Management (OND) at the Benue Polytechnic Ugbokolo-Benue State, Nigeria.

She is an Associate Member of the National Institute of Management (AMNIM). 

Tali started her career in the private sector with the Arewa Suites, Abuja, as the Head of Reception and rose to the position of Manager in 1998-1999. She was then employed by MCS Microtec Computer Systems Nig. Ltd. Abuja as the Administrative Manager from 1999-2002.

She moved from the private sector to the mainstream of the Federal Civil Service on the 16th of December 2002, with National Poverty Eradication Programme as a Principal Executive Officer (General Duties).

She is prudent, dedicated, diligent and meticulous in performing her duties. As a sound management skilled officer, Tali was posted to the Federal Ministry of Defence in 2009 as a Principal Executive Officer where she worked in several capacities as the Head of Education Cadre under the Promotion Unit of the Human Resources Management Department. She was the Officer in Charge of All Armed Forced Land Properties in Nigeria while in the Department of Joint Services (Compensation & Lands unit).

She also worked in the Planning Research & Statistics Department of the Federal Civil Service Commission from October 2019 – May 2022. 

She was posted to the National Agency for the Great Green Wall in June 2022 to Head the Reform Coordination & Service Improvement Unit.
